9. Royal Navy

Kilworth Marine Services were sub contracted to provide additional support during steering upgrades to the Royal Navy’s Type 23 Frigates. This included dismantling mechanically modifying, re-wiring and rebuilding two control consoles, one on the bridge and one in the steering gear compartment.

Kilworth Marine Services have also provided support for steering gear failure diagnostics for the Royal Navy’s MCMVs (Mine Counter Measure Vessels).
